The Nerfed Arena Oak Harbor

PARTY PACKAGES

nerf party-2 hours

Your party package includes a private room for cake and presents, full access to our themed decor collection, and an hour of early setup time to get everything ready (additional hours available for $50*). Please note that the arena is shared with open play and other parties. Want the place all to yourself? Check out our Private Party section! (Grip socks are not included).

private party-2 hours

Go VIP with a Private Facility Rental! Starting at $500*, you and your guests will get the entire facility completely to yourselves. Hosted in the morning before regular business hours, you'll enjoy exclusive use of your choice of party room and your choice of a Nerf or Bounce House party! To make your hosting duties even easier, you can come in to decorate the night before, or simply let us decorate for you! Additional hours can be added for $100* (Grip socks are not included).

Ran like a public Nerf party  but  you do get the whole facility to just you and your guests!

 You'll have 3 bounce houses spread across our arena for you and your guests! This option is more common for your littles, but is available for all ages!

We love customizing your special day! If you’d like to supply your own balloons, you'll get 50% off the balloon party add-on you choose! Call or email us today to build your perfect package!

HOST instructions

  • Online waivers  are required for everyone in attendance, regardless of age/participation, due to flying projectiles!
  • Grip socks are required for all players. Players are welcome to bring their own, or we sell them for $4 per pair in sizes 1-14. We recommend including this in your invitations! 
  • Party packages include a one hour of set up prior to party start time. (If your party starts at 3:00pm, you can arrive to decorate no earlier than 2:00pm)
  • This is a peanut-free zone. That includes any food, drinks, or candy that includes any form of peanuts.  Be sure to check your goodie bags or desserts! All other food/drinks are okay. However, no alcohol is allowed. 
  • Our play area is available for younger siblings or kids that need a space to recuperate from the fun! 


...EXTRA HELPFUL TIPS!

  • Starting your pack out within 15 minutes of the end of your party is recommended.
  • We will take care of all the room clean up,  sanitation of eye protection, and team vests!
  • It is sometimes difficult to squeeze food, desserts, and opening presents in a 2-hour time slot.  We recommend a 3 hour party if you want to do all three! 
  • Cupcakes can be much easier than cake
  • Ice cream cups are easier than gallons
  • We have a fridge and freezer if any of your food needs stored during your party until you need it!
